Sera has been a lifetime student and accomplished teacher of Yoga and Ayurveda. She has been blessed with teachers who have searched classically for the patterns of the Universe and Spirit. Her studies and experiences in the realms of Yoga, Mantra, and Ayurveda all serve to assist in increasing her depth, sensitivity, and simplicity in ways she lives and practices. Her primary source training has allowed her to be a dynamic teacher and facilitator of the modern age. She is fluent in human physical and psychological mechanics and thus can adjust sequences, lectures, and treatment plans rapidly to accommodate individuals' present needs.
In classes we will focus on the science behind the relationships between the body, the mind, and their bridges. We will be most observant of the flow of prana – how and where it moves and does not move in posture and how it relates – or does not – with consciousness. Using the paradigms of Ha-tha Yoga and Ayurveda we will explore our capacity to be both strong and flexible, moving and still, Ha and Tha, and of course, migrate in the direction of steady appreciation and holistic awareness.
My goal is to contextualize things that are often taught in broad strokes without context. From this place, it is possible to go deep instead of only wide. When we are aware of context our work is more personalized and profound and thus the impact we have on the people with whom we work will be that much more powerful and in service. By studying and/or working with me you will gain a personal understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda in a way that is usable, approachable, and Classically based.
Beth Lynch, Intuitive Consultant, Medium and Founder of Inner Light Teaching, offers more than mediumship in her gatherings. She shares the power of understanding the relationship between the Spirit (relationship with God) and Self (personality). As a child, Lynch's sensitivity to thoughts and feelings confused and at times terrified her. Fast forward 30 years of curiosity, faith and healing it is now her passion and purpose - to help others understand intuition, healing, thoughts and the power of love. The death of both parents in a short period of time made her face the depths of loss and the process of healing grief.
In the learning and healing process, the understanding of death also became clear. The truth transformed sensitivity into strength. In turn her intuitive gifts and abilities were clearly about helping her but also to help others. Living a life committed to meditation, higher awareness and personal healing her sensitivity to the Spiritual realm became natural and helping others was inevitable. She feels blessed to help others connect to those crossed as well as intuitively guide them to a place of higher understanding in their own journey.
She has been practicing meditation and alternative methods to healing and higher awareness for 28 years and knows first hand the importance of balancing a spiritual practice, motherhood and career. She has founded the Inner Light Awareness and Practitioner Program and is passionate about teaching meditation to all ages. She volunteers in her communities to teach and share meditation and wisdom.
Beth truly feels life experiences will be our greatest opportunity to learn and our greatest teacher. Embracing all roles in life as a mother, woman and intuitive she feels is a blessing and hopes to help others recognize the privilege of life. The understanding that we are energy, we are One, is important to hold in our minds and hearts for survival in our world today.
She embraces all roles as woman, mother, author and teacher, and knows the energy to balance comes from the commitment to the relationship one has with the Divine.

Dawn's yoga journey began in 1999 when she bought a Rodney Yee VHS yoga videotape. She made a habit of practicing yoga every day to bring fitness and stress relief to the ups and downs of daily life. After gaining momentum and comfort in her practice, Dawn met her match at a local gym a few years later. Her poses were on public display-meaning for the first time: with hands-on adjustments, cues, and practicing openly in front of others. After conquering this obstacle, she was led to seek out a permanent yoga studio and a place she could use as a hideout to put her restless mind on the back burner for an hour or two.

I'm a Recovery Counselor and work with clients from all over the world via Zoom as well as in-person at my own Intensive Recovery Residential Retreat. I've developed Emotional Integration Training as the fundamental process to give clients the tools they will need for real recovery. The SAMHSA (Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration) working definition of recovery is: a process of change where individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life and strive to reach their full potential. "Recovery" is for everyone. And at its heart, what I am actually recovering is my true Self. I work with individuals using a Collaborative Conversation Model which organically holds a space for you to access your own resources and strengths. My extensive 30+ years' of experience with addiction recovery, spiritual cultivation and integration allows me to be comfortable working with anyone from any background. I've adopted the following quote from Ita Ford - a Maryknoll Sister who was murdered in El Salvador in 1980 - as my personal mission statement and it reflects the way I will work with you, as I don't have answers, only questions, and experience with looking:
Can I say to my neighbor: I have no solution for this situation, I have no answers, but I want to go with you and look for them with you? Can I allow myself to be evangelized by this opportunity? Am I able to see my own poverty and accept what I learn from others?
Barbi is a Spiritual Teacher, Public Speaker, and Author. She trained as an Intuitive Medium using The Awakened Mind Technique, which was recently featured in Netflix’s 2021 “Surviving Death” documentary.
As a child, Barbi saw the world unlike most adults and children. She instinctively felt the interconnectedness we all share and questioned the traditional ways of teaching and thinking that were presented to her.
Her inner guidance told her there was more to the world than what her physical eyes could see. And this guidance led her to a lifelong search for a bridge between the physical and non-physical worlds.
Barbi now uses what she has learned to aid others in their journeys by connecting them to loved ones who have passed, teaching them to tap into their own intuition, live consciously, learn to be present through meditation, and create the life they have always wanted by finding their True Self.
She offers individual sessions, group workshops, and spiritual retreats.
Barbi also offers online gatherings and teachings free of charge, owing her life’s blessings to what was given to her freely by The Universe.
For more information on how you can work with Barbi to connect with your Universal needs, email her at [email protected].

I first found yoga after my son was born and I was looking for a gentle way to get back in shape. I found that and so much more! I was able to regain strength, flexibility, balance and health. I learned to accept and embrace how I look and feel with a newfound self awareness and self confidence. Throughout this journey of self discovery, I have also discovered what I am meant to do with the rest of my life; help others to feel better, live healthier and be happier in their own lives.
