As a Holistic Chef, I see the whole experience; mind, body and soul. Food is a source of energy and can also be eaten for enjoyment and celebration. There are many different ways that food is a part of our lives. I offer a chance to try new, whole foods and recipes that will make you feel your best, and are also delicious and satisfying. My recipes are mostly plant based, gluten and dairy free. We all can use help sometimes when it comes to making more aligned food choices for ourselves. Trying different foods, cuisine styles, and different ways to cook can be helpful in navigating our health. I want to help make cooking and eating healthy something that doesn't feel daunting and overwhelming. I want to help it become a lifestyle and everyday practice. We all deserve to feel our best and it starts with the foods we eat. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to sacrifice taste. We can have both!
