About Creator
After losing weight, reversing her own pre-diabetes and battling insulin dependent gestational diabetes, Dina Garcia has developed a true passion for helping others live the healthy, happy, energetic lives they deserve. As a registered dietitian-nutritionist and mindful eating coach, she is anti-diet and pro empowered eating. She can help you create balance in your life and diet so you don't have to over think what you should eat. She believes a healthy lifestyle should alleviate stress not create more. Dina has been a Registered Dietitian since 2005. She completed an undergraduate B.S. in Dietetics from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and then went on to complete her supervised practice at California State University, Fresno in Fresno, California. She founded Vida Nutrition, LLC in 2012, after 7 years of working as a clinical dietitian. Her favorite part about being a self-employed nutritionist is that she has the flexibility to create her own systems to better serve the needs of her clients.
