About Creator
Kaitlin Williams, MPH, RD, LD Kaitlin received a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She completed her dietetic internship rotations at WIC, Anne Arundel Medical Center, and Rebecca Bitzer & Associates. Kaitlin grew up in the home of a chef and quickly developed a love for cooking. She has a passion for teaching others how to plan and prepare healthy, home-cooked meals. Kaitlin works with individuals as well as groups and businesses. She teaches group classes on healthy eating and eating with Diabetes, and provides Lunch & Learns for local businesses. Kaitlin specializes in healthy cooking and meal planning, healthy weight loss, women's health, diabetes, and heart health. She offers grocery store tours and cooking classes, in addition to individual counseling sessions. Kaitlin is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as the Weight Management Dietetics Practice Group and the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Dietetics Practice Group.
