Join this FUN & Laughter class, where we will learn a tool to transform any anger or pain ( we start with something small) into the total opposite, and work with laughter as a tool to completely shift our Emotional state.
The class is an active class, so you are invited to take your sit, and actively participate, do the drills, and have lots of FUN and laughter together, and enhance your ability to make an internal shift !!
