Tuesday Yin with Su
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time, typically ranging from 1 to 5 minutes. It targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than the muscles. Some potential health benefits of yin yoga include improved flexibility, increased circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced joint mobility, and improved energy flow throughout the body. It can also help with relaxation and mindfulness. However, it's important to note that individual experiences may vary, and it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine.
