Avital Miller has been helping hundreds of people around the world discover truth and happiness for over 13 years through yoga, healing, and dance. It is Avital's wish to help others see the light of their soul and feel the love that already exists in this universe. That light and love can help us feel inner freedom. Avital spent six and a half years at the spiritual community of Ananda studying and living the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and his direct disciple Swami Kriyananda. Being E-RYT 500 certified through Yoga Alliance, she helped with Ananda's Yoga Teacher Training, various retreats, workshops around the world, and online programs. The energy healing she offers draws from Ananda's Level 2 Healing training, Pranic Healing, and her intuition. She created spiritual dance programs based from wisdom gained through the spiritual path, a Dance Major from Washington University, studying dance movement therapy, and performing and teaching various styles of dance around the world. And she may be one of the only Tarot readers who combines universal ancient wisdom derived from the Bhagavad Gita with how to live fully today. Avital recently moved to Portland, Oregon. She would like to continue to broaden and expand her outreach. She believes in all paths that lead to the light. While she is careful to express spiritual principles so that they are clear and easy to understand, what is most important to her is that people feel a touch of love in their hearts, joy in their spirits, and peace in their minds.

"To get what you've never had, you must do what you've never done." --Thomas Jefferson Stepping outside your comfort zone can be daunting, even just in your daily personal life and especially when it comes to health & fitness. Thankfully, I have been blessed to work with some incredible mentors throughout my life that have "shown me the ropes," yet allowed me the freedom & creativity to learn my body & mind and challenged me to do things I'd never done before. From the time I was an athletic trainer in high school, learning about the human body and how it functions, I have been drawn to continue my learning in every facet possible so that I can to be a better health & fitness professional each day. I am profoundly passionate about the gifts and talents I've been blessed with and I also aspire to always be as humble as possible when it comes to learning in my industry, because that is how we grow as fitness professionals. Over the last 5 years, I have come to realize what I love most in life is being in community with others, sharing thoughts, ideas, experiences, and even health "hacks" that may add value to people's lives. I have been gifted with the opportunity to offer support and to meet people's needs the best way I know how; whether it's with knowledge, resources, networking, or products I'm passionate about. It's all about the personal connections and the incredible journey we each traverse. I am beyond grateful for every person I meet who shares their uniqueness with me & every life I'm allowed to be apart of, no matter how big or small. I genuinely believe each of us has greatness within us and and gifts that are our own, and they make us unique, yes, BUT they are nothing if we do not share them with the world and most importantly they can't be shared if we are not caring for the messenger vessel itself- our body. My mission with teaching through this incredible platform is to inspire dreams, change lives, and empower a holistic approach to healthy living from the inside out. I look forward to sharing & learning with each of you and building our relationship.
