Birgit Witherspoon, MS, HHC, is trained in all the dietary theories and qualified to advise people on improving their health through diet and lifestyle modifications including many programs for personal growth and self-development. The foundation for her work is the blood type diet. Yet, everybody is an individual and a one-size-fits-all approach does not work. She creates a unique plan for each client to help them achieve peak performance physically, mentally and emotionally. Inspired by her mom, who was very sick but couldn't be helped much by traditional medicine, Birgit embarked on a journey into alternative health, earning her Master's Degree in Domestic Science/Health in 1989. In 2006, Birgit completed a Somatic Intuitive Training Practitioner Program and is certified to practice SIT, a powerful method to reduce stress and emotional. In 2007, Birgit graduated with honors from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds certifications as a Holistic Health Counselor from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and Teachers College of Columbia University.
