Presently I am the director of STILLPOINT SCHOOLHOUSE and STILLPOINT YOGA STUDIO designed for willing individuals to achieve optimal health and well being. Ambitious? I agree, but when based on my 30 years of study, experience and practice I feel I have something to contribute. Birgit Witherspoon, MS, HHC, is trained in all the dietary theories and qualified to advise people on improving their health through diet and lifestyle modifications including many programs for personal growth and self-development.
