Helen Watts works with people who have returned from living overseas and are working out who they have become and how to move forwards. She works with clients to help them understand where they are now - their current roles and responsibilities - and where they would like to go - and then take steps towards that place. She helps them grapple with their values, their dreams, and their unique talents and skills which make them who they are, in a way that gives them confidence to move on to the next stage in their life, whatever that may be.
