I went to Princeton University in undergrad psychology, then UC Berkeley for grad work, plus the Graduate Theological Union at Berkeley and the San Francisco Theological Seminary, with a focus on the psychology of meditation, which has become a primary study of mine, now focused on short-form non-religious quiet-mind methodologies to be used to reduce stress in the workplace.
I also studied at the American Film Institute, and the Radix Institute, before beginning private therapy practice - and throughout have continued with mind research.
Along with research and therapy practice, my main forte is small-group intensive training programs, which I've conducted both in the States and in Europe, for executives, and also for the general public. I love teaching in small groups where we can really go deep. I also like teaching experiential programs where I guide participants into their own unique experience, rather than just doing talk-about classes. Experience is the key!
